Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your iFanzeTech purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- Hygiene products (such as trimmer blades and waxing supplies) must be unopened and in sealed packaging for health and safety reasons.
- You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hygiene products (trimmers, wax beans, applicators).
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Gift cards and promotional items.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back: Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs for items that arrive defective, damaged, or are not what you ordered.
- Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different color or model? Contact us at [email protected]to initiate an exchange. We'll guide you through the process and ship your replacement once we confirm the return is on its way.
